RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – CORPORATE @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA
Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager – Corporate to lead our engagement with large-scale business clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate customers, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing strategic advice and tailored banking solutions. You will work closely with the credit team to evaluate loan applications and ensure that all business activities comply with the bank's policies and legal regulations.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the bank's market share within the corporate sector. This involves proactive business development, attending industry events, and maintaining a high level of visibility in the market. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Relationship Management.
Deep understanding of corporate credit analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends effectively.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in managing financial transactions.
