PROGRAM MANAGER – 1 POSITION @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Program Manager to oversee and drive the success of our key organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programs, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution and impact assessment. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and implementation.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
High level of proficiency in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
