Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly analytical and creative Manager for Digital Marketing, Sales, Performance, and Analytics. The successful candidate will lead the bank's digital growth strategy, overseeing performance marketing campaigns and data-driven customer acquisition initiatives to enhance brand visibility and product uptake. You will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to optimize marketing ROI and drive digital sales performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Tanzanian banking landscape and the ability to bridge technical analytics with business sales goals. You will manage digital performance metrics, lead internal teams in executing campaigns, and provide regular reports to senior management regarding marketing effectiveness. The work location is Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and performance analytics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Strong understanding of digital sales conversion funnel optimization.
Excellent data visualization and reporting skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Understanding of the Tanzanian financial sector and market trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
