Equity Bank Tanzania is looking for an Assistant Manager – Content Creator & Creative Designer to elevate the bank's visual identity and brand storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality multimedia content across digital and physical platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all creative assets align with the bank's values and professional image.
The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for design and video production. You will manage the end-to-end creative process from ideation to final execution, ensuring that our content effectively engages our diverse customer base. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand identity principles.
Ability to translate complex banking concepts into accessible visual stories.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong creative writing and conceptualization skills.
Knowledge of video editing and animation techniques.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team structure.
