SENIOR RECOVERY OFFICER – CREDIT (01 POSITION) @ EQUITY BANK

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in credit recovery or debt management within a commercial bank.
Deep knowledge of the Tanzanian banking regulatory framework and debt recovery laws.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve disputes.
Experience in managing non-performing loans (NPLs) and implementing effective workout plans.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial statements and credit worthiness.
Ability to collaborate with legal counsel for court-based recovery processes and asset liquidation.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority recovery cases simultaneously.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all banking operations.
