PROGRAM MANAGER @ EQUITY BANK
Equity Bank is hiring a Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of large-scale initiatives within the organization. This senior role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and high-level stakeholder management to ensure that programs align with the bank's long-term objectives. The Program Manager will be responsible for the entire program lifecycle, from conceptualization to final evaluation and reporting.

Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of leadership experience in program or project management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and complex programs.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
