Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale programs, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex organizational challenges.
Expert knowledge of program management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting for large projects.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive corporate information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed quality standards.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
