DEALER - TREASURY SALES @ EQUITY BANK
The Dealer - Treasury Sales is responsible for managing foreign exchange and money market activities for the bank's clients. You will provide real-time market updates, advise on hedging strategies, and execute trades to maximize revenue for the treasury department.
This role requires constant monitoring of global and local market conditions. You will build and maintain relationships with high-value clients to increase flow in FX and other treasury products while adhering to strict internal trading limits and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
ACI Dealing Certificate or equivalent qualification
Demonstrable experience in a treasury sales role
Strong understanding of global and local financial markets
Ability to handle high-pressure trading environments
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong communication skills for client advisory
High proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Strong grasp of treasury regulations and compliance
Adaptable to changing market trends and technologies
