BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICE (BDS) @ EQUITY BANK

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian banking landscape and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
Ability to develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis techniques.
Self-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing contractual projects and deliverables.
Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred.
