epvate fortunetz is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistic Documentation Officer to join our client's team within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate preparation, verification, and processing of critical logistics documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all import and export activities adhere strictly to customs regulations and internal company standards.
Furthermore, the position requires proactive coordination with clearing and forwarding agents to streamline customs clearance processes. You will be expected to manage customs declarations and maintain a seamless flow of documentation to support logistics operations. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and freight forwarding.
Demonstrated experience in import/export operations.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and compliance procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with agents and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Professional integrity and high ethical standards in handling trade documentation.
