CREDIT MANAGER @ EPVATE FORTUNETZ
Epvate Fortunetz is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Manager to join their esteemed client, WAT SACCOS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit operations, including loan portfolio management and rigorous credit risk control to ensure the financial health of the organization. This role requires a professional who can lead credit analysis initiatives while maintaining adherence to institutional policies.
In this position, you will be expected to evaluate loan applications, monitor ongoing portfolio performance, and implement strategic measures to mitigate financial risk. The role is critical in supporting the growth of the SACCO by ensuring high standards in lending practices and effective debt recovery processes. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit management, lending, or a related role
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan portfolio management
Ability to assess and approve loan applications in line with established credit policies
Experience in monitoring loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and minimize credit risk
Ability to develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies
Experience in supervising loan recovery and debt collection activities for overdue accounts
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client relations
Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions
