Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd is seeking a visionary and experienced Rector (College Principal) to lead the founding team of its newly established college. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing academic and administrative operations, and fostering an environment of excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement. This is a critical leadership role that requires a blend of academic expertise and operational management to ensure the institution meets its long-term goals and regulatory obligations.
The Rector will serve as the principal academic and administrative officer, advising the Governing Board on policy matters and organizational performance. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of institutional strategic plans, ensuring full compliance with NACTVET standards and other relevant legal frameworks, and overseeing the development and accreditation of academic programs. The appointee will also play a key role in student support, curriculum enhancement, and institutional growth, serving as the primary representative for the college's external stakeholders.

Key Requirements
PhD in a discipline relevant to the college's programs
Master's degree from a recognized institution
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
At least 10 years of experience in tertiary education
Minimum of 5 years in senior academic or administrative leadership
Proven experience in institutional strategic planning
Strong understanding of NACTVET standards and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated success in curriculum development and accreditation
Experience managing staff performance and administrative operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive institutional growth
