Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join the founding team of its newly established college. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the institution adheres to high academic standards and complies with all regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audits, monitoring academic performance, and facilitating continuous improvement across various departments to ensure excellence in student outcomes.
The role involves working closely with academic staff and management to maintain comprehensive quality records and documentation. You will lead the implementation of institutional policies and prepare the college for external accreditation reviews. This is a unique opportunity to shape the quality culture of a new educational institution while ensuring full alignment with NACTVET standards and other relevant industry requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in quality control, logistics documentation, or academic administration.
Strong understanding of NACTVET standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills to review course files and student assessment practices.
Proficiency in monitoring corrective and preventive action plans.
Ability to coordinate academic audits and self-assessment processes effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse academic faculty and stakeholders.
Experience with data management and reporting documentation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and procedural adherence.
High level of integrity and commitment to organizational excellence.
