Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring that all service standards are met consistently. This role involves direct management of cleaning staff, including motivation, training, and the coordination of shift schedules to maintain optimal productivity levels.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and addressing any service-related concerns with professionalism and efficiency. You will also manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to facilities management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or Operations Management.
Proven experience in team supervision or leadership within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
Ability to conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Proficiency in coordinating staff deployment and managing work schedules.
Experience in monitoring cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
Commitment to ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Ability to resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Additional training in Cleaning Operations or Occupational Health and Safety is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
