Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Assistant Lecturer in ICT to join the founding team of their new academic institution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment and delivering high-quality instruction to students pursuing studies up to NTA Level 8. This role involves comprehensive academic responsibilities, including the design of innovative course materials and the implementation of practical learning strategies that bridge the gap between theory and industry application.
In addition to instructional duties, the Assistant Lecturer will participate in the assessment process, ensuring that all evaluations are fair, rigorous, and aligned with college quality standards. You will be responsible for providing academic guidance, supervising student projects, and facilitating industrial attachments to prepare students for the competitive job market. Key Requirements
Master's degree in ICT or a related field with a minimum GPA of 4.0
Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.8
At least one year of professional, teaching, research, or consultancy experience
Strong understanding of current ICT curricula and NTA standards
Proven ability to create lesson plans, teaching manuals, and digital learning resources
Expertise in programming, databases, networking, and cybersecurity
Proficiency in administering and moderating academic assessments
Demonstrated capability in supervising student research and field projects
Excellent communication and mentorship skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based academic environment
