Furthermore, the role involves active student supervision, assessment moderation, and the integration of modern accounting software into the daily classroom experience, preparing students for successful careers in the financial sector.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Commerce
Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching or research experience
Proficiency in modern accounting software
Ability to prepare lesson plans and teaching manuals
Experience in delivering financial reporting and taxation curriculum
Skill in designing and moderating academic assessments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capability to supervise student industrial attachments
Understanding of academic quality assurance standards
