The intern will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase requisitions, collecting and comparing supplier quotations, and verifying invoices before payment. They will play a crucial role in maintaining procurement files, contracts, and supplier records while assisting in tracking procurement budgets and expenditures.
The role also involves preparing detailed procurement and expenditure reports and ensuring proper documentation of all procurement activities. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Pursuing or intending to pursue CPSP qualification.
Good understanding of procurement and financial processes.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Capability to prepare procurement and expenditure reports.
