QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ EPICJOBS
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and engineering projects. You will prepare estimates, analyze material quantities, and ensure that projects are kept within the established budget while meeting the quality requirements of our clients in Tanzania.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of construction industry standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure efficient financial planning and procurement processes for all active projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Registration with professional engineering/surveying board
Extensive experience in cost estimation and tender preparation
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legalities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and specialized QS software
Excellent numerical and data analysis skills
Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors
Strong organizational and planning skills
Commitment to ethical financial practices
Ability to meet tight project deadlines
