PARTS SALES OFFICER @ EPICJOBS
The Parts Sales Officer is responsible for managing fleet customers, supporting automotive parts sales, coordinating order fulfillment, and monitoring delivery schedules. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure stock availability and timely service delivery. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for automotive fleet clients, providing professional advice on part suitability and ensuring that all sales targets are met in a competitive market environment within Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Key Requirements
College Degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
Diploma in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
4–5 years of sales experience within the automotive parts or fleet industry.
Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic office tools.
Strong organizational skills to track multiple customer orders simultaneously.
Ability to analyze market trends to drive parts sales growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term client loyalty.
