FUEL PUMP TECHNICIAN (15 POSITIONS) @ EPICJOBS
The Fuel Pump Technician is responsible for maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing fuel dispensing systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role involves conducting regular preventive and corrective maintenance, inspecting equipment integrity, and ensuring full compliance with both organizational and national safety and regulatory standards. Successful candidates will manage multiple fueling stations located throughout Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, ensuring zero downtime for critical fuel operations. This position requires high technical proficiency and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fuel pump maintenance.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong knowledge and skills in fuel pump maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience with different fuel pump brands and mechanical systems.
Must possess a valid driving licence and ability to operate vehicles.
Ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics.
Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
Capability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills for emergency system repairs.
Proficiency in basic data logging and reporting of maintenance activities.
