Key Requirements
Technical Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering trade
Minimum 5 years of on-site supervisory experience
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent understanding of site safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Effective verbal and written communication
Conflict resolution skills
Capability to manage multiple workstreams
Technical hands-on ability
Problem-solving aptitude
