The Chief Accountant will oversee all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and providing strategic insights to senior management regarding the company's financial health.
In this role, you will lead the accounting team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements. You will also manage internal audits and ensure that all financial practices align with Tanzanian laws and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
CPA or ACCA certification
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 7 years of professional accounting experience
Strong knowledge of tax laws in Tanzania
Expertise in financial software like QuickBooks or SAP
Excellent attention to detail
Leadership capabilities for team management
Analytical mindset
