Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or similar leadership role.
Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management.
Significant experience working within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office suite.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics is a plus.
