Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
3 years of experience in travel & tour operations.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems & tour planning.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings & deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office & travel management software.
Expertise in designing and promoting travel packages based on preferences.
Experience coordinating hotel reservations, transport, and visas.
Knowledge of destination information and professional travel advice.
Ability to prepare travel documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
