epicbr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Key Account Executive to drive sales growth and business expansion within the vibrant hospitality industry in Zanzibar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, marketing a diverse portfolio of company supplies including frozen foods, meats, bakery items, premium food products, and related categories. This role involves actively identifying and acquiring new high-value customers such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, caterers, and beach clubs, preparing compelling quotations, commercial proposals, and tailored product offers to meet their specific needs.
Beyond new business acquisition, the executive will be crucial in maintaining robust relationships with key players across the hospitality sector. They will continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and pricing structures to inform strategic planning and ensure competitive positioning. Additionally, managing customer accounts and ensuring adherence to commercial credit terms are vital aspects of this position, contributing directly to the company's financial health and sustained growth.

Key Requirements
5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality, foodservice, FMCG, or supply channels.
Demonstrated experience in selling food products, frozen foods, proteins, bakery, cold cuts, or imported foodservice products.
Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, profit margins, customer potential, and account management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for engaging with key clients.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans for business expansion.
Proven track record of identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new B2B customers.
Analytical skills to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Strong negotiation and proposal preparation abilities.
Commitment to maintaining credit within commercial terms.
