SECURITY COORDINATOR @ EPICBR
The Security Coordinator at epicBR is tasked with the critical responsibility of safeguarding company assets, employees, and facilities through the development and implementation of robust security policies. You will oversee the daily operations of advanced security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and vehicle tracking mechanisms. By monitoring activities across all branches, you will ensure total compliance with both company standards and legal requirements, maintaining a secure environment for all organizational operations.
This leadership role involves conducting regular inspections and comprehensive risk assessments to preemptively identify and mitigate security threats. You will be responsible for investigating any security incidents, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions to management. Furthermore, you will supervise internal security guards and coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency and effective emergency response management across the organization's infrastructure in Dar Es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology or related field.
5 years' experience in security operations or control room management.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm & intrusion detection.
Experience in incident management & emergency response.
Understanding of security policies, procedures, and protection standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
Ability to oversee daily operations of alarm systems and vehicle tracking.
Strong leadership skills to supervise security guards and third-party providers.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and identifying security threats.
Excellent investigative skills for security incidents and corrective actions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ethical conduct and high level of integrity in handling security matters.
