Join epicbr as a Sales Representative in the vibrant region of Zanzibar. We are looking for a dynamic individual to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across our target markets. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of ICT services, including software, digital solutions, and printing services, to both corporate and individual clients. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
The successful candidate will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and client engagement. You will conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored recommendations that meet client requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals while building long-term relationships to foster repeat business. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to guarantee the highest quality and timely delivery of services to our valued customers.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years' experience in sales (preferably in software, digital services, printing, or creative industry).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Good understanding of software, design, and printing services.
Ability to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
Experience in conducting client needs assessments and recommending tailored solutions.
Proficiency in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Skill in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
