SALES COORDINATOR @ EPICBR
The Sales Coordinator role at epIcBR involves overseeing daily sales operations and providing essential support to the sales team to ensure revenue targets are consistently met. Key duties include processing customer orders, managing quotations, and maintaining accurate delivery schedules to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Candidates will also be responsible for updating CRM systems and preparing detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely product deliveries and monitoring stock availability to communicate shortages. The successful candidate will also assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials to drive business growth. Possible work locations for this role within Tanzania include Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Dodoma.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of sales administration & customer service processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications & CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
Experience in processing customer orders and quotations accurately.
Skills in maintaining and updating customer databases.
Proven ability to prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Competency in coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
