Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales-driven role.
Strong passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on building client loyalty.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Willingness to stay updated on new car models and automotive technologies.
Valid driver's license to facilitate vehicle demonstrations.
