As a Sales Consultant at epicbr, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the automotive sector in Dar es Salaam. Your primary focus will be identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory, ensuring that company objectives are met through strategic client engagement and tailored solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings to understand their unique needs and developing proposals that align with their requirements.
Beyond initial sales, you will be tasked with maintaining long-term relationships through exceptional after-sales support and diligent follow-up on payments and credit accounts. You will be expected to maintain accurate data within the CRM system and use market insights to stay ahead of industry trends. This role requires a professional with a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving high-performance targets in a competitive environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations & Marketing, or related field.
6+ years' experience in sales within the automotive sector or related field.
Strong negotiation, communication & relationship management skills.
Good understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM systems & Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
Proven ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Experience in conducting professional client meetings and identifying customer needs.
Skill in developing tailored sales proposals and solutions.
Competency in following up on customer payments and managing credit accounts.
