SALES ADMIN & OPERATIONS OFFICER @ EPICBR
This role involves updating the sales portal with tax payment confirmations and releasing orders to facilitate timely vehicle clearance. It requires maintaining accurate customer records in the CDK system, including obtaining account numbers and verifying TIN details, and creating new vehicle models while maintaining accurate inventory records to support stock management. The officer is responsible for managing the Vehicle Stock Book (VSB) by recording all vehicle movements and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Key responsibilities also include conducting daily vehicle stock counts, reconciling physical stock with system records, and reporting any discrepancies. The role involves managing TANSAD tax assessment documents before forwarding them to the Accounts Department for payment, and issuing clearance instructions to CNF agents while monitoring customs clearance. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth sales administration and operational efficiency within the automotive sector.

Key Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales administration, operations or a similar role.
Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.
Good understanding of vehicle sales administration, inventory management, customs clearance & tax documentation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex records.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills for operational challenges.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance.
