RETAIL SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER @ EPICBR
The Retail Sales & Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanzania. This role is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, including managing store performance, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies and customer service standards. The manager monitors sales targets, analyzes performance metrics, and implements action plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory levels, coordinating merchandising and promotions, enforcing operational procedures, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves coaching and developing team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and collaborating with senior leadership to align store operations with broader business objectives.

Key Requirements
Strong Operations Management skills to oversee retail processes, staff scheduling, inventory control, and store performance.
Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent in-store experiences, handle escalations, and build customer loyalty.
Communication skills to engage effectively with team members, customers, and leadership, and to provide clear guidance and feedback.
Experience in retail management or multi-store supervision, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and operational goals.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Ability to work on-site in Tanzania and adapt to local market conditions and customer expectations.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; professional certifications in operations or customer experience are an advantage.
Strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive business growth.
Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
