RETAIL NETWORK MANAGER @ EPICBR
epicbr is looking for an accomplished Retail Network Manager to provide comprehensive oversight of its retail stations throughout Tanzania, with a focus on Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves executing the company's strategy to achieve excellence in sales, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The manager will be responsible for meticulous cost management, including both OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals. A key aspect of the role is to provide strong leadership and management oversight to the retail team, fostering sustainable sales growth and operational performance across the network.
Furthermore, the Retail Network Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, proactively resolving operational issues to enhance overall performance. Enforcement of the company's stringent HSEQ standards and regulatory compliance across all retail networks is paramount. This position also plays a crucial role in negotiating, managing, and executing agreements with third-party partners, such as dealers and contractors, who support retail network operations. Active participation in stakeholder engagement initiatives for the retail network business is also expected, ensuring collaborative success and market leadership.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience as an established sales manager, preferably in sales operations within the oil & gas sector.
Exceptional leadership and management skills to guide and motivate a retail team.
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset for strategic decision-making.
Comprehensive understanding of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards and regulatory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven individual with proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Demonstrated excellence in project management.
Possession of a valid driver's license and flexibility to travel across various geographies.
Experience in managing operational and capital expenditure budgets effectively.
Skilled in negotiating and executing agreements with third-party partners, including dealers and contractors.
