The Parts Controller will be responsible for overseeing all inbound operations within the automotive warehouse, ensuring that every part received is accurately inspected and any discrepancies are reported immediately. This role involves maintaining a high standard of organization through effective bin control and adherence to 5S and safety regulations. You will manage storage systems to ensure the availability of essential materials while processing customer orders efficiently to meet established timelines.
Additionally, the successful candidate will play a critical role in inventory accuracy by conducting daily cycle counts and detailed stock reconciliations. By investigating variances and implementing corrective measures, the Parts Controller ensures that the physical stock matches system records perfectly. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years' experience in parts, warehouse, or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems & warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety standards in a warehouse setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting.
Experience with ERP or specialized inventory management software.
Attention to detail in record keeping and bin management.
Ability to conduct physical stock checks and cycle counts.
