OPERATIONS ASSISTANT @ EPICBR
As an Operations Assistant at epicbr in Dar es Salaam, you will play a critical role in the agribusiness supply chain. Your primary responsibility will involve maintaining accurate daily tracking of raw material inflows from various collection centers, ensuring complete data integrity at every stage. You will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing yield ratios between raw materials and processed output to identify variances, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies for immediate corrective action.
Beyond data tracking, you will contribute to the technical efficiency of the operations by developing and maintaining Excel-based dashboards and operational tracking tools. You will support the maintenance of traceability systems and operational databases, ensuring that all field supply reports are reconciled with factory intake data. This role requires a meticulous professional who can handle accountability and support the overall growth of the factory operations in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Supply Chain & Data Management, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in operations, data management, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management systems.
Proven ability to maintain accurate daily tracking of raw material inflows from collection centers.
Competency in monitoring and analyzing yield ratios between raw materials and processed output.
Experience in developing and maintaining operational tracking tools and Excel-based dashboards.
Capability to reconcile field supply reports with factory intake data for accountability.
Strong communication skills for reporting inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions.
