Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
10+ years' experience in mining equipment service & technical support, including hands-on field experience.
Strong knowledge of heavy mining equipment systems including hydraulics, electrical systems & transmissions.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics & engineering drawings.
Experience working with manufacturer systems (e.g., Caterpillar SIS, DSN, or similar platforms).
Demonstrated leadership in coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers for product improvements.
Proficiency in generating technical reports on equipment performance and technical trends.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical and hydraulic circuits.
Experience in conducting technical training for large scale mining operations.
Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols within the mining and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with internal teams and customers.
