epicbr is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Content Assistant to join their agribusiness team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and strategy. You will also be tasked with formatting, scheduling, and publishing content to ensure maximum clarity and professionalism across all digital channels. Additionally, the role involves editing short-form videos and visual content to engage the target audience effectively. Beyond social media, you will support LinkedIn and B2B content execution with structured and well-organized posts that reflect the company's professional image. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining website content to ensure consistency in both messaging and visuals. The role includes designing a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, and trade assets to support the company's broader marketing goals. This is a dynamic role suitable for a creative professional looking to make an impact in the agribusiness sector.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
2+ years of experience in content creation, design, or marketing execution.
Proficiency in Canva and layout design with a clean, structured, and professional style.
Experience in website content management including uploading, formatting, and updating tasks.
Demonstrated ability to edit short-form videos and reels for digital platforms.
Strong understanding of social media scheduling and publishing workflows for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Capability to design professional marketing collateral such as brochures and catalogues.
Excellent command of English for professional communication and copywriting.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines for content delivery.
Familiarity with agribusiness industry trends and digital marketing strategies.
