PROTECTION & CONTROL COORDINATOR @ EPICBR JOBS
The Protection & Control Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and protocols to ensure the safety of organizational assets. You will oversee the daily operation of sophisticated security systems, including access control and intrusion detection systems, ensuring that they remain functional and effective at all times.
This position also requires proactive monitoring of security alarms, investigating potential incidents such as breaches or theft, and providing comprehensive reports to management. You will serve as a key point of contact for security personnel, supervising and coordinating the activities of guards and external contractors to maintain a secure environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in security control operations, particularly in control room environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical capability for budgeting and statistical data analysis.
Proven ability to enforce safety protocols and security procedures.
Experience supervising security personnel and third-party contractors.
Knowledge of international asset protection standards.
Ability to respond promptly and effectively to security system alarms.
