PLANNER I CONDITION MONITORING ANALYST @ EPICBR JOBS
The Planner for Condition Monitoring and Analysis will focus on managing maintenance work plans, scheduling preventive maintenance, and monitoring shutdowns to ensure minimal operational downtime. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators such as Availability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), while overseeing spare parts inventory control.
Additionally, this role involves monitoring equipment health using predictive maintenance technologies to prevent failures before they occur. You will prepare detailed maintenance reports, document all activities accurately, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure that maintenance schedules are executed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements
Diploma with field experience or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power/Energy Engineering.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Caterpillar, Power Generation, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Advanced data interpretation skills, particularly in engine fluid and vibration analysis.
Mandatory experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proficiency in MAXIMO is highly preferred.
Very good command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills for managing maintenance workflows.
Ability to effectively track and report on maintenance KPIs.
Experience in managing spare parts inventory and procurement planning.
Capability to coordinate cross-departmental maintenance activities.
