SALES EXECUTIVE @ EPIC JOBS
Epic Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in building materials to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality marble products to a diverse clientele, including individual homeowners, professional interior designers, and corporate partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic networking. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial consultation to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will also leverage digital channels to enhance our brand visibility and drive inquiries.

Maintaining accurate and detailed sales records and reports using tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential for tracking progress and providing insights to management. We are looking for an individual with a strong sales background, a passion for the building materials industry, and the drive to excel in a competitive environment. Candidates must have their own reliable transport and a valid driving license to facilitate client visits throughout the Dar es Salaam region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
2-3 years of working experience in the sales or marketing industry
Proven experience in business promotion through social media platforms
Ability to create informative and engaging video content/reels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must own a smartphone for daily business tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
Valid driving license and motorbike riding skills (Male applicants only)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales quotas
