BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE @ EPIC JOBS
Epic Jobs is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead growth initiatives within the water sector, based in Dodoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, scouting B2G and B2B sales leads, and enhancing the company's public visibility. This role involves active networking, cold calling, and building strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in the region.
You will be tasked with visiting high-profile clients including government entities, EPC contractors, consultants, and resellers to present our solutions. The role requires conducting high-level negotiations, securing profitable contracts, and meeting established sales and revenue targets. You will also play a key role in tracking market trends and analyzing competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge in the water infrastructure market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
3-6 Years in Business to Government (B2G) or Technical Sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Proven track record in lead generation.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
Capability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
