LAND SURVEYOR @ EPIC BUSINESS RESOURCES
Epic Business Resources is looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our infrastructure and development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land surfaces, determining property boundaries, and providing accurate data for construction and planning projects. You will ensure all surveying activities comply with local land laws and industry standards.
The role involves both fieldwork and data analysis in the office. You will work with specialized survey equipment to collect precise measurements and translate this data into detailed topographical plans. This position is essential for our continued success in large-scale infrastructure projects across Tanzania, based primarily in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Professional certification in Land Surveying or Geomatics
Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
Proficiency with modern survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, Theodolite)
Experience with CAD software and mapping applications
Understanding of local land survey regulations and laws
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Physical stamina for demanding outdoor fieldwork
Ability to produce detailed technical reports and diagrams
Attention to detail and accuracy in all measurements
Strong team coordination and communication skills
