Epic Business Resources is hiring a diligent Accountant to manage our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy of financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing periodic financial reports. You will play a key role in ensuring the fiscal health of the company by adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
Candidates should possess a strong background in finance, tax compliance, and payroll management. You will work within our Dar es Salaam finance team to streamline accounting processes and provide the management team with insightful financial data to support decision-making.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification like CPA or equivalent is highly preferred
Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Sage)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage tight deadlines and financial reporting cycles
Understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and statutory compliance
Strong integrity and confidentiality regarding financial data
Analytical ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
