Key Requirements
Certificate in Nursing from an accredited vocational training center.
Valid professional registration to practice as an assistant nurse.
Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and basic patient hygiene care.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
Ability to follow clinical instructions accurately and promptly.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe medical environment.
Basic understanding of first aid and emergency procedures.
Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical demands of the role.
Fluency in Swahili and basic English proficiency.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior medical staff.
