Key Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
Registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
Strong legal research and analytical writing skills.
Exceptional advocacy and courtroom representation skills.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting.
Demonstrated professional demeanor and high level of integrity.
Ability to prepare complex legal documents, contracts, and submissions.
Proven capacity to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate cases and provide legal solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client files.
Fluency in English and Swahili for legal correspondence and representation.
Commitment to staying updated on changes in Tanzanian laws and regulations.
