Enza Zaden Tanzania Ltd is looking for a skilled Electrician to oversee the electrical systems and technical equipment at our farm in Arusha. Reporting to the Assistant Technical Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from troubleshooting greenhouse climate controls to maintaining generators and borehole systems. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our production processes, ensuring that cooling systems, lighting, and seed dryers operate without interruption.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in industrial, agricultural, or production environments.
Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance protocols.
Direct experience with generators, motors, pumps, and automated systems.
Ability to troubleshoot greenhouse electrical systems including cooling and climate controls.
Competence in maintaining cold rooms, seed dryers, and borehole systems.
Knowledge of maintaining electric fences and security lighting systems.
Skill in monitoring fuel consumption and supporting boiler operations.
Capability to develop and implement organized maintenance schedules.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili for reporting purposes.
