The role involves managing both Emiratisation and Expat recruitment, requiring the candidate to coordinate effectively across various departments. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring all HR activities are aligned with company objectives and UAE labor laws. Manufacturing industry experience is considered a significant advantage for this position. The position is based in Jabal Ali, Dubai, and demands a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR department. Key Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Assistant
More focus on Recruitment and other support functions
UAE experience is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Available in UAE with local market experience
Manufacturing industry experience is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
