Ennova Realty Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our professional team in Ajman. As a leading real estate company in the Northern Emirates, we specialize in investment consulting and premium property services, dedicated to providing VIP experiences and expert guidance to our clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating and developing new sales leads, conducting professional property viewings, and negotiating successful deals to help clients achieve their financial objectives in a dynamic market.
This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman and operates on a commission-based structure. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on the latest real estate market trends within the Northern Emirates. Candidates will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Requirements
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Valid UAE residency visa (preferred).
Proven experience in sales with real estate experience considered a plus.
Strong communication and high-level customer service skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a professional team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proactive approach to generating and qualifying new sales leads.
Proficiency in managing client presentations and property showcases.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market dynamics in the Northern Emirates.
