A reputable company in Dubai, UAE, is urgently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This crucial role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial reporting, and managing the company's fiscal strategy. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, particularly in a dynamic corporate environment.
This position offers a competitive salary of AED 15,000 per month. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, managing annual budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing cash flow efficiency. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining or can start within a one-month notice period. Experience working with or understanding the Kenya/Africa market is a significant advantage. The candidate must be a Certified Chartered Accountant and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Requirements
Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a finance management role.
Preferred experience with or knowledge of the Kenya / Africa market operations.
Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance and cash flow management strategies.
Advanced proficiency and required expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to join immediately or maximum 1-month notice preferred.
Proven leadership and management skills in finance operations.
Expertise in UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
