Engage Consultancy Limited is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area. You will also provide administrative support to various departments, schedule appointments, and assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to handle inquiries and direct visitors effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
